Right click commands

I know... this theme is getting really old.. but, I couldnt find this one anywhere... I nead right click option in my hub that looks like this:

|stuff    | about DC        |

as you can see in my custom animation, you can go from one mayor button in option box to another box with buttons (commands) in it.. can anyone help me?
