Kick Connection Timeouted User's?

Hoo Yah,... It's me again...

Here's another Request,... ( to keep you guyz ('n Girls?) busy.).

Is there a script that:

1st.: Kicks Connection Timeouted Users?

2nd.: Checks what's wrong with Connection and Sends Privat Messege to that user that sayz:
(You have been Kicked because of Connection Timeout,... Change Client setting to ................, and try to Connect again.

dc is a p2p app.
all those things go between the clients, the hub has no idea.
