Web regestration!

Hi, people!
Now we built our WEB site. So we need a registration on it. User should enter his name and password to get registered. So when he had registered on our WEB site he can go to our hub and enter it as registered user. But our site is running from server which is not on the machine where PtokaX is running. They are running on different machines.

Who can make a script for me (maybe with PHP for registration on our Website) which will write user's data (name and password) to RegisteredUsers.dat in my PtokaX folder (maybe it can use a port with special datatyte to make it work)? Who can help me with that???

And also need a script which will read data (username only) from RegisteredUsers.dat im my PtokaX folder and display it on my Web site as registered users? (Web site server is on other machine)

only way i can think of that working is if u got ftp servers on both machines
