Chatty Bot

Can anyone plz tell me a good bot that chats to itself and / or reacts to certain triggers. I have seen them used hust not sure where to get one from, or even its name so i can search  for one,lol

Thanks Plop, thats what i needed was a name or an idea as to what they are called. Hawk, thanks for the linky, i am now using Exthetic Bot, that is good stuff
