Time Left to Register

Hi all, i'm new to running a hub and aint got a clue how to write a script yet.  Is it possible to have a script that will send a PM to an unregistered user on entry to my hub stating they have e.g. 1 hour to register before they are kicked, also telling them to prefix their nick with [XXX] befor registering, and then if they have not registered within that time the script autokicks them?  If someone knows of such a script or can guide me in the right direction, it would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance for any help. ?(
