HI!

i'm working on a hub with a server bank!
what i'm looking for is a download script like the one in Robocop but with more functions for example
I want the abilty to say that

[VIP]* can download from [SERVER]1 & [SERVER]2
but a REG user can only download from [SERVER]1

aswell as a non reg user can't download at all
& that user "abc" can download from  [SERVER]1 & 2

if this has to be done client base no problem i can run any DC client on the servers! but I think it would be alot easier if it could be  manged from with in the hub!

the servers should not be able to be search unless you have download access to them!
but a non reg user should be able to search other users but not download from them.
the command if possible could look something like:
!addserver group/nick
!remserver group/nick

the servers are in a special class in ptokax
