Mainchat and/or PM on/off

I need a script that can either interdict a certain user to use the mainchat, or even PM'ing other users...

The mainchat commands should be something like this:

!mc username off
!mc username on

The PM function should be able to allow chatting with only certain users, or restrict the PM with others. Here are the commands

!pm username off   ( this restricts PM's to all users)
!pm username on   ( allows PM's to everyone)
!pm username off user1, user2, user3 ( denies PM with those 3 users)
!pm username on user4, user5  (denies PM with everybody, except user4 and user5)

So... what do you say... can this be done?

Indeed i meant that, and other similar scripts, and also the mainchat stop by herodes . I was suggesting that he combined both of them and that would suit his request.

hmm, im unsure of it, but either way, maybe the best reference is a "user", either way im quite sure the "user" wont be able to integrate those 2 scripts the way the "user" wants, we'll just have to wait and see.
