Gag User (IP) / Blocks and Downloads Peerguadian Ip List / Fakeshare V

ok anyone would make me one thatad be cool

what i want it to do is:

~You can gag downloads/searches from an ip by entering in a username and it grabs the ip from the user name entered and then gags the ip in a settings file say like gags.ini

~And also reads the ip's from the peerguardian list and blocks them

~check for these fakeshare values and ban if matched:

the fake share bot allready excist here somewhere, but because of dc++k it became a bit useless.
specialy now the fake share patches can fake any value.
gagging searches also has a script allready on the forum.
if you want 2 have it saving the ip's 2 file (wich in my eyes is a bit useless) ask it in that treath.
the peerguardian bit is better 2 be done with a firewall.
the full list is really long and thats not a good idea 2 put in a script.
if you browse a bit over the peer site you can find a special page 2 convert the list so other firewalls can load them.
if the other 2 scripts are modded like you requested come back here and ask if some1 is willing 2 make them into 1 script.
not that i'm not willing 2 help you, just i have hardly no time 2 do it.
