NickName+[NetWork]

Hello. I need a script.

OnUserConnect add to nick some word. Network name.

net1 = 172.16.0.1-172.16.255.255 - [id]
net2 = 10.100.0.1-10.100.255.255 - [ds]

Example: If my IP=172.16.20.20 when script change my name to Derk_B_P[id]

If this impossible, when just drop user with message:
"You are from %net1. Please change your nick to %user_nick[id/ds] 
(if user from %net1 and (%user_nickname not %user_nickname[id]) then drop)
