Offical test hub

I finnaly upgrade my hub, so i decied it will be the offical test hub of T2G.

3 min slot and 1 gb share limits has been removed.

And I added a script that show you the changelog of the current build the hub is running.
atm, 0.6 built 16.04.09

use the cmd !changelog in main to see it
