where did you put the profiles.dat
it should be in the same folder as the ptokax.exe

It's your own fauld search and you will find or listen to others they know how to help you! Don't put your self in the dark, it can all be sorted

Yups, agree with Optimus.
If you have done a proper setup, such kind of error doesn't appear. Most of the time errors have to do with a wrong setup/configuration.
Lots of people ran Robocop without errors.
So it's to easy to say Robocop has a lot of errors.
Like Opti said; Try to find some help with installing Robocop. TimeTraveller has done it many times. He can configure it with his eyes shut. lol

hiya all can someone answer this for me:

i want to want to change the max share in the hub
im using the command

!smaxshare 300
and i get
[13:32] *** You used a unknown profile, (profile: founder, master, mod, op, vip, reg, user)

and then i try

!smaxshare user 300
and i still get
[13:32] *** You used a unknown profile, (profile: founder, master, mod, op, vip, reg, user)

The Master [SU]Optimus? changed the script maxshare for [users] to: 3000 GB

hehe found the problem

You need to specifie mb/gb

So it will be like this:

!smaxshare user 3000 gb
or
!smaxshare user 3000 mb

for now i assigned for this task the moderator profile but only  with a vip priviledges and ability to reg ;) but those guys report they cant see unregged users' messages

well, for now i sorted it out by adding back some op features in the ptokax profile, so those superusers got the key now. in fact, its ok this way too. but still, some additional config in the script (as mentioned above) wouldnt do any harm

with CZDC++0.401[C]
and when I want to send (or reply) a PM I was disconnect  ?(
I'm try with RC 7.0a and the prob is same  
where come this "bug" ??

feature request:
for the oversize log files how about:

create a way to save the logfile every 24 hours with the dates numerated like:
1-ipban060504.***  <--means .dat or .txt
2-ipban060604.***
and when ops want to look at the logs type
!logs
and it will pull up the list of logfiles in the directory:

Here are the current logfiles in the bannedip/ directory:
1-ipban060504.***
2-ipban060604.***

and ops can select what logfile they want to look at with:
!show 1
and it will pull up logfile for that date.

I have had a user in our hub had the same problem, however myself and several others are using CZDC++0.401[C] without any problems, so I think it must have somthing to do with settings in CZDC++, altho I have no clue what settings that might be.

i'm testing rc8.0a now and it works nice..

there is only 2 things i wonder..
1:isp-check seems to block loggin even with the correct isp in the nick
(i have tested to logg in as a user and i cant connect)
2: is it possible to add my own text-files, if yes, where?
i type !codecs  in main and i want rc to send that text-file in a pm back to me

Just installed RoboCop 8.0a and have this weird error: When restart scripts in ptokax I get this message "*** Error missing profiles, Install the provided profiles.dat that can be found in folder scripts/profiles"

So everything works fine untill I push that restart scripts button. I did a clean install and installed the Ptokax TD 4.99 at the same time... Please help !! :P

And I have not yet got those right clicking options to work the way I want. Where in the zRightClicker script do I define who sees those commads. For example users shouldn't see Reg Master options  :D

Goto folder script/profiles  then find the profile you need in that folder.

Then overwrite it with the old 1. If you do this you need to close you hub the overwrite and start hub agian.

If you can't get it to work maybe Timetraveller is able to help you out!!!

I'm using TD 4 so what do I need to do? There is a profiles.dat in TD 4 folder, I overwrite it with what ?
