Hello Optimus i have problems with this errors and iam running robocop 9.0g

Syntax error: bad argument #1 to `write' (string expected, got nil)
stack traceback:
1: function `write' [C]
2: function `Serialize' at line 108 [file `Robocop\TableFunctions.lua']
4: function `OnTimer' at line 230 [file `Robocop\RoboCopv9.0g.lua']
3: function `saveTableToFile' at line 122 [file `Robocop\TableFunctions.lua']

Please help me i dont see any tablefunctions.lua or something what can i do thank you :(

use !resethstat to git rid of it

Can you explain your settings or situation so i can have a look.
Do you use the Dynamic Redirect option or just the normal redirect.

the only fault i have been able to find as yet is......

when logged in as reg or vip, if you try command !report
[11:52] !report gazzer testing
[11:52] *** Command is temporery disabled!

if however you do pmtoops the message you send gets through. (np's tho i can work around that)

for me to ensure the script is ok to run on the jukebox i have to check it as a user then a reg then a vip, anyone knows an op doesnt get these probs as basically set above checks by trust. can be a pain and takes a while to check diff clients, settings and also with other addon scripts.

but opti it is looking good so far bud, can you call this last update the final version before moving onto Robox by any chance bud.

Yes that part is still disabled on purpose because of flooders making use of it.

actually ment in the hub....
recently got networked wid another hub, and they all get my low share users...so they will be redirected...
however this doesn't work prfectly...

also when i type !hconfig it shows

 ? Set Redirect/Disconnect		:  Disconnect
	  ? Set Dynamic Redirect		:  off
	  ? Set Redirect Amount  [users/mins]	:  30

teh last 2 are disabled, so thz ok..
now already enabled it in pto, as it doesn't work in RC...but i don't like it the way pto handels it...i prefer a extrrnal script like RC to handle everything...

when Opti closes this thread and start a new one, he can post the new addy in the last post...

by final version i meant of Robo9 not thats it over lol.
just that as soon as you seem to get one bit done someone else asks for more and more LOL.

never get the new lua5 robo at that rate bud hehehe. thats why i said i can work around the odd bit that isnt working, as i did prior to lua and using the silly vb scripts ahahaha.

so stop asking for more updates peeps and let opti do his stuff on new one :)

hello there again after a long time.thanks for the new version optimus prime. i know that it has a lot of functions in it but i cant make it work

i have full clean install but when i try to make the settings with robocop exe ive got a Run time error '374'
Failed to activate control 'VB.UserControl'. This control may be incompatible with your application. Make sure your are using the version of the control that was provided with your application what can be the problem m8 .thanks for the help.

im using windows xp sp2 and ptokax 0.326 test drive 4 ?(

Optimus thanks for the first help but here is another error iam getting i have no clue when i try to login and test advertisement like blablah.no-ip.com or something it doesnt kick me out and gives this following error is there way i can fix this much appriciation thank you bro :)

Either get Frameworks 1.1 SP1 (windows update) OR dl VB 6 from here = Click Here and maybe also the libary files = Click Here . But I recommend Frameworks 1.1 SP1, for me it works perfectly and I havn't installed VB 6 or the libary file pack.

then zipped and put on here so no-one can make any mistakes?.
mind knowing me i would probably still make a few depending on how much wine or brandy i have consumed LOL

Maybe in future i will make a installer. Where all needed files are included and registerd. This is because of these side effects that Visual Basic has.

Any progress with the new RoboCop ( is it v 10 that comes with LUA 5) ?

.. and do you have any inside tips when the new Ptokax will be released ?

Is there anyway to suggest features in the new Ptokax .. like secure connections between hub and client ?

RoboCop is compiled to lua5.02 all main functions are working again. After that i started rewritten alot of code to make everything even shorter. Did some nice tricks hehe.

I haven't add any new functions cause i'm still rewritting everything. I'm even gone drop more code when i have a new test example. CPU usage is verry verry low now.

I'm having problem with robocop 9.0x using DCDM++ logged in as netfounder.
When client log in its tag show H:0/1/0 although it is logged in as netfounder and have key icon.
DCDM tag in description is showed although in dcdm options it's properly configured.
In this situation dcdm client is unable to connect to anything, client will log in but then no other actions are possible.
DCDM is properly configured so it's not a client related problem I think.
In robocop client setting DCDM is disabled (not allowed client window, so it's enabled) and in fact it can connect, but this issue seems to happen with netfounder profile only.

When I installed robocop tophubbers and topkickers was full of old or other hubs nicks, so please I'm asking for a command to clear this two file or to link !resethstat with them.
I know, it's possible to edit .txt files and clear manually, but for some user can be difficult to edit, due to syntax,
and for those who doesn't have hub server physical access.

The table/log cleaner that is called everynight is linked to does 2 tables/files you are talking about.
So after a while they will be removed. I thought that was enough?

Checking for 15 mins now and don't have that problem. I'm checking it in lots of different ways, using DCDM++ 0.041
