User limit for each country

Hi guys,

could anyone help me pls with this script..

What i need is to set individual user limit for each country by script command (e.g. hub=4000ppl, country1.limit=2000, c2=1500, and rest=500)

Could you pls help me with that?

u need a script that has a very large database, with all ips, to check each country, and then u can define those things !!
