Looking for Scripts

Im looking for a few scripts... and i was going to create them but some one has to have made one before me and im too lazy to reinvent the wheel.

I need a script that will do the min slot/share check as well as ratios.  I also need a flood protection script...

I need the min slot/share script becaue ptokax does not redirect when min slot is not met.

Anyone have any ideas...
