that has been asked before, and your gone get the same answer.
it is posible but a real bad idea.
2 get this info a connection has 2 be made 2 a website, during this the bot freezes untill it gets the answer.
now if your connection is maxed out or even worse the site goes down your hub won't do anything for x seconds.
the rest is no problem @ all, just search the forum and you can find loads of scripts doing things like that in all different way's.

this could be a ptokax feature request .

If ptaczek is using the component ServerSocket of borland c++. It's fairly easy too resolve names and extract country.
