Finding an ip of an offline user...read in...

hi... aint ben here for a long time.. hw ar u lot doing.. well here is an idea if some1 can really make it for me.. i was wondering wen some1 comes into the hub and floods the main with ther hubs then quickly goes offline u cant find ther ip cse the user is offline. so is ther a script like in yhub (userinfo ) that gives the ip of a nick even when they are offline.. can sme 1 help ???  ?(

not 1 but more, for example artificial insanety, LIS, gekko, channelbot etc... just 2 name a couple.
any bot with a database.
