RQ - User online hours monitoring bot

Hi

I need a bot that would monitor how much time each user spends on the hub.
And delete any user that falls bellow a certain number of hours in a 30 day period.
And I need to have a safe list for members that have gone on holiday/school whatever

I am tired of users that login for 1 minute a day........... X(

offcourse it can be done but it will only work on private hub's or hubs which block downloads for unregged users.
only there account is gone de deleted.
whats needed is a combination of my registered user cleaner and a bot which hold the time a user spends in the hub.
and trigger a cleanup every month.
possible but not the easyest 2 do.
