Mean_Machine v2.1.2.2 HELP !!

Now running Mean MAchine version = "2.1.2.2
Got a few problems which needs assistance ,

1- Have the Hub software for Share Limit, Min Slot Check , Slot / Hub Ratio and Max Hub check Deactivated and only using the setting in the script.
Problem == Still getting users with 3 slots in when settings atre to 4 in script.

2- Need to know how to stop users entering with the tag [Reg] before their nick ex ,, [Reg]Bandito

3- Still getting fakers in with 0share.

4- When I activated the following command !setregfirst the following messege comes up to the user
 ==> Only registered users can search and download files at [BBB]SwedishFastSpeed[STHLM]...Contact an OP, Admin, Master or the Owner to get registered.
I am looking for reply so I can add a few words myself..

5- I want to disconnect users sharing the following folders with a messege that they have to remove thhose folders...
C:\Program Files
C:\WINDOWS
C:\Recycled
C:\WINDOWS\Temp
C:\System Volume Information
C:\Program Files\Windows NT

Iam only running the M_M version = "2.1.2.2 and nothing else.

In the meantime check this:
DC++/oDC clients are allowed and checked:   YES!

Add this -> [Reg] <- to the file "forbiddenclients.txt"

Minimum share for ordinary users is set to:  xGB

Search and change in the language.dat the line "Contact an OP, Admin, Master or the Owner to get registered" or add what u want
