VIP list according to IP range

I was wondering if it would be possible to create a script
that would add a user to a VIP user level if they are within
a certain IP range. Then that VIP user level would have
download preference over ones not granted access to the
higher level. Once the user leaves they would removed from
the VIP level.

The ultimate function of this script would be to allow any user
to have access to files on the hub but only a select few would
not have to compete with non VIP for slots.

Meaning if there are 3 upload slots filled with non VIP users
and a VIP user wants to dl a file from the user who has all 3
upload slots taken he or she would be able to.  One of the
non VIP downloads would be removed in order to allow the
VIP to grab the file he/she wants.

Ok.

I am not an expert on $ConnectToMe so lets wait if a great script  can do that, i think is possible by changing that. Not fair to other users in my opinion :)

My thought's. I don't think it's possible the hub can't disconnect a user from another one.

As I think many other with would say, it's a client issue.
