Online Time, Bans if online time less than...

I was looking at a script requesting a bot to kick after 4 weeks of not logging on, cleaner or something written by Plop, I couldn't totally understand it and it had a lot of functions that I have already.

Could someone write or copy and paste the segment of codes that would allow anyone to type say:

+otime username

and it would have a bot tell us the exact time in days, hours, minutes, seconds that user has been online for.

And also, a script that bans users if they do not stay logged on say 84 hours a week, with a note to tell how to change the 84 to something else if we want to change that.
