redirect after isp

is it possible to make a script who redirects user after checking nick like this  [Sunet] so they redirects to a special hub ?

yes all with [LIDNET]blabla and [BONET]nick and so on
should be redirected to an hub

i have done the script like this but an error comes up

change to this...
