Request for !ipinfo and !iprangeinfo script

I am using ptokax and my !ipinfo and !iprangeinfo script isn't working.

When I type
!ipinfo ***.***.**
ptokax shows
*** UserStatistics are not running.
And when I type
!prangeinfo ***.***.***.**
ptokax shows
*** UserStatistics are not running.

And I don't know what is wrong.
Maybe somebody can give me that script?

the answer is allready on your screen, the database from ptokax isn't running.
stop ptokax, enable it on the advanced tab, and start the hub again.
