REGE bot kicker

a bot too kik non reged users after they have been asked so many times too register, and they dont, i dont kno of any, so im asking the experts for help

ill try to explain, but im not good at this

my hub is a only reg user hub, but ppl coming and not registering, now type of bot id like which i have seen, pms the user for set time, till either a: he reg himself and then things ok, or b: the bot kiks and bans for pre set time

id really appreciate help of any 1 and all experts pls:) im a noobie trying to create a good hub for ppl
