A file request bot

I am looking for a nice simple bot so the users in my hub can request files .
For example  +request

and a simple +showall  command or something to list all requests made. And a way for hub ops\owner to delete requests once filled. Would be nice to be able to let the hub members edit so the ops ect... would know to delete it. A +addurl  would be nice also. I have seen a few request bots with tons of catagories and stuff, but really just need it down to the basics.

+addurl
+deleteurl

Last but not least... data saved to a txt file so it wont be lost in the event of a restart of the hub. You get the idea. Just simple commands .  I have tried to edit some scripts myself ,but i do not have enough expierence with LUA to do much. I love the FreshStuff script, but for me, its just too elaborate for what i need.

If someone could help i would really appreciate it.

You could try freshstuff by plop.

just disable the commands you don't need/want etc.
