Anti flood with 3 warnings.

Hi everyone!

I know that there are a lot of topics like that one, but I wanted to ask for a good antiflood bot. So I think you will forgive me. :))

I wanted a bot that will protect my hub from flood perfectly.
I wanted bot make 3  warnings to user on flood detected. If user continue flooding the hub or PM he will get baned for 2 hours. (3 warnings=tempban for 2 hours). And if he continue flooding after 2 hours of ban he will be baned for 24 hours (or maybe permban).

if u spent a bit of tyme searchin the forums for a deflood script am sure u would have found it with ease!

well try plops deflood script it can be found on his site which is //www.plop.nl and it excelently does the job! this script is always upd8d 2 block the newest flooders so ur hub has maximum secuirty! also u can post questions abt the script here and if u have asked nicely with problems or enthing with that script am sure people who knw will be more than just willing to help you!

I have another question: Could hub adress be
for example "columbus.sun.ru:412"  (in "sun" network) or
it must be only IP:port (***.***.***.***:412)?
If I write "columbus.sun.ru" in PtokaX hub's adress line nobody can't connect to me. But if I write my IP adress in adress line of PtokaX everybody can connect to me.
How could I make hub adress columbus.sun.ru:412 instead of my IP ***.***.***.***:412?

Help me please :))

hope i understood your question correctly, do you have something that generates that texted IP address? for example for those who use no-ip IP address, they must keep the DUC client running at all times. which you can get from http://www.no-ip.com

sounds like an error on the dns servers.
the owner of sun.ru has 2 add columbus 2 his dns and point it 2 your ip.
but this takes 14-24 hours before it works.
if your on a dynamic ip this becomes unusable because of this delay.
then only duc's like no-ip can help you.
