need a file request script

Hi all...

I need a special file request script...

All user can type !addrequest in main...

This will be send by pm to all ops and will add to a txt file and will every 30 minutes displayed in main, for example:

1 by
2 by
3 by
.
.
.

if one user has the file he can type !reqfilled and the line will be deleted from txt file and a line will displayed in main, for example:
filled by

Its a nice idea, but you will soon notice that users will fill your request file with garbage, advertisments and other s*it, that you dont want to see there. I recomend you simple release bot with whom new stuff can added only by OPs and VIPs. So if someone is really searching for something he can ask an Ops or vips to put his request on board.

 So, do you still wanna your choise or maybe you will change your mind?

you think right, but for this we have special request rules... and by pm to ops by adding a req we can control it...

please if someone can make it help me.. I tried it but i don?t get it
