Randomly Changing Hub Title

Well I searched in the Finished Scripts section and didn't see it and search elsewhere and was unsuccessful, so I don't know if it's available. I went into a hub and saw that in the top of my DC++ software where the name of the hub is suppose to display along with the hub address when you enter a hub ( the blue title bar of DC++ software ) I noticed that the hub's title kept randomly changing. First it said the hub's name, then the time, then something else that was made up, etc.... It just kept on changing and then started over again. Does anyone know the name of this script and where I can get it.

this would consume a lot of your bandwidth. What you wanna use is depends on the ptokax version, 15.18 and highet have topic support, for older versions see:

I'm using 15.25, so it has topic support integrated in my version already if so where cause I already have the Hub Topic Section filled out in Ptokax but I want it to change randomly, or should I just use Topic Bot v0.1. I'm just wondering if Topic Bot will do what I'm trying to make it do.
