Hello all,
Im a new hub owner, and was wondering if there was a
Bulletin feature that would post a message in main chat
whenever a user adds a new file to the Bulletin.

Hello,

Ive seen variations of this script out there, but none of them work for my hub.
I run PtokaX 3.30 16.04 with RC10a.

The only thing I would really like for my hub is a script
that all users can add to, that would post new releases in the main hub chat, and that users and op's can
manage themselves.

I have seen these features in others:
+add
+read
+delete
As well as other triggers.
Can anyone please help?
