welcom/goodbye script WITH TIMER

hey im looking for this option in a welcomst and goodbye message ...
now i have this :

here is finally back!
bye see you later !

thats the message which is sended by connect or disconnect but they kinda use it like flooding now ..
in main it shows within 1 min 10times login/logoff ... cause they want attention or something ..
but now im looking for a script wich does this ....

it sends welcome to the main by 1st connect that day.
it logs when a user disconnects, and if h? isn't connecting within 30 min it shows the leave message.....

but if a user keaps reconnecting it shouldn't be seen in main ..
so a welcomst by 1st login and a goodbye after 30 min after h? disconnects ...


i don't want this .....that after 30 min it shows 500x that the one user keeps connecting and disconnecting =-p

you get what i meen ?(i don't but i hope someone can help me with making a script out of this, for more questions about what i excactly want yust reply ..)

its yust that the main isn't flooded with those message ...

so when someone reconnects it shouldnt'show this

[20.00.11]hey JIM
[20.00.12]bye JIM
[20.00.13]hey JIM
[20.00.14]bye JIM
and so on you get it ...


so yust it should check over some time period and when someone keeps reconnecting it shouldn't be shown on main ...
yust his first and final connect/disconnect should be shown ....

like 20.00.11 first connect shown in main ....
and around 20.30.14 it should show in main "bye JIM" for example
