Ban by host

I'm searching for a script that Ban an User by host. If this user try to enter, and some baned host go to his IP, he can't enter.

not possible @ the moment (no luasockets) and it would slow down the hub (resolving the ip).
and most isp's with dynamic ip's link the dns 2 the ip and not the user, so it won't be working like you would like.
finaly on windows servers reverse dns isn't running by default/supported.
