it's possible to make a script that retrieves an user connection....

like

user: Bluedragon
connection: 4 Mbits

Dessamator

It is possible to retrieve the connection that a user sets on his/her dc !, but the "real" connection, i guess not .

you can be sure of it.
beside the only way 2 test it accurately is if the user has all his bandwidth free for the test, this is very unlikely for something like dc.

and imby, i guess he wants a script that displays a user connection speed , and most user info scripts do that , even ptokax does that, i guess

BlueDragon

yes is that ehat i want...

i wnt it to make an hub that only allows to get in users with 2/4 mb or more...

ConejoDelMal

The max you can get from the Dc settings is the connection type , and that everyone gets to choose it. I guess to do what you want you would need access to all the ISP's databases to get to know which Ip address currently has a connection over 2M...

what i mean is, its impossible, like i told you before @ BlueDragon :P
