Memo serve

Can anyone make a script acting like the memo serv in IRC ? The users will be able to send a message to a regged user so when he joins the hub the will notify him that he has a new message ! Typing +read he will be able to read it only if he is regged and identified !

noi dont need that kind of script ! I need someting like this :

I have a friend of mine in the hub he is offline but i have to leave him a message !

i type for example !Addmsg Nick My Message !
So when he goes online the bot will pm to him that he has a new message to read by typing !Read !
So when he types !read he will read the message that i send !
