custom made !regme script

hey before peeps flame "yes i did a search and nothing matches my criteria" lol

im well asking for a script that regusers, (simple enuff)
but our registration process is complicated.. we have NUMBERS! LoL to uniquely identify users..

for email my nick is
[ev000^DeathScythe]
a friends vips
'[ev013^Anneka]
and etc for other people, the idea is for being unique..
so im wondering if its possible to  have summit like this

!regme
and if numbers are taken a pm or mainchat message (hopefully optional so i can edit laster use)
saying sorry those numbers were taken..
the only way i think it can do this is by searching in the user database for the numbers and if der not taken it allows the registration process..
and sends a PM to the user saying please use this nick and this password and enjoy our hub summit like how robocop does it..

so a successful registration would be
in PM
---- Succesfully Regged To Evolution Hub --
Username : [ev(numbers)^(nick)]
password :
---- Welcome And Enjoy Your Stay ---

lol.. i wish i cud but my pockets r skint @ mo lol.. hey atleast i aint ripping/leeching ur script and putting my name all over it like oda hubs i know, which pisses me off.. like 2 c authors get more credit then ppl jus simply renaming a script and claiming its der'z

Help is integrated. Are you asking for a message at user login, prompting them to register?

Is it possible to dat ? pm user to tell them to register AND also time so it like every 15minutes a user recieves a pm from bot to reg?
