Pm anti-advert

Hi all Scripters ....  Little request   im after an anti-advert bot that stops adverts in pm but allows them in main ...
with this script  i would like to tables  1 for what profiles can send in pm and 2 table where i can add adverts to be blocked
Not sure if this is able to be added but if user happens to advertise to user in pm that advert gets redirected to main also .

Ive spent 30mins looking for a script that meets my needs but cant find .. if its about please gimmie link to it
