Prefix Check

My request :

A script that if an user with my hubtag logs in he get an pm, with the message type !regme password
and to the opchat The user blabla wants to be vip

If its possible maybe you guys can Put this kind of style for the Prefix : {[1] = "[nh]",[2] = "(nh)",[3] = "(NH)",[4] = "{NH}",[5] = "{nh}",[6] = "[NH]"},

If the user goes in the trouble to add the tag to his nick,
why doesn't he/she, simply let somebody from the hub-staff know that he/she wants to be a VIP?
Then the problem will be dealt with immediatelly and your list will not be full of [I-wanna-be-a-vip]nicks...
Also, I think, it is easy to get operators annoyed with smth like this. I mean imagine people logging in and out constantly with that tag... what a mess I would that be in an Ops client
Keep DC simple please. As far as I am concerned I think that the need for such script is not really justified, therefore I wont take my time with it, no offence

Hello herodes thanks for your reply actually i have an other idea and made the wrong story in my above post here is my new request :

A script that if an user logs in with the the prefix he gets a pm Please type !regme password to get registerd
Then no operators will be warned untill they type !vip, (in the mainchat or PM doesn't mind) then a message will be send to the opchat with : The user blabla wants to be vip check his share and upgrade him/her. Then if he wasnt upgraded he will be added to an list wich operators can view by a command like !showviprequests and if he/she gets vip he will be deleted from that list (offcourse) also the operators can easilly upgrade someon1with an command something like !vipper Name password!
