Required slots for different connections

I run the PtokaX hub, (which is awesome), but was wondering if it is possible to have a script so slot requirements for different connections are possible. Some of the dialup members requested I try to come up with something. The hub is rather large (several hundred ) members, but everyone knows who the dialup users are. You have to be a reg. user to enter, and its a private hub. I run Robocop, so I don't know how it could be don, or even if its possible. I require 3 slots to enter also, which isn't much. The dialup users just have a hard time with the 3 slots.  Was wanting to keep all broadband connections at 3 slots and back down to 1 or 2 for dialup users.
If this is possible, I would really appreciate some help with this as i am no where near as good at scripting as I know some of u guys are.

it's posible but if you wanne keep using robocop you gotta ask Optimus 2 add it 2 robocop.
or start using some other bot.
my a.i. has it and so do some other bot's.
it won't be posible by using a script beside robocop as robocop whill still be kicking them.
