Want Many Features

Can someone make a script which can have following features
+sharerecord   +userrecord   +membercount
the folloqwing message must display after execution of this commands
[18:07:06] <yahoo> +sharerecord
[18:07:06] <[Bot]> Share record is 13.31 TiB (Monday, January 08, 2007 22:58)

[18:09:41] <yahoo> +membercount
[18:09:41] <[Bot]> 1780 registered users, 1138 active, 315 visited in last 24 hrs, 110 currently online.

[18:10:48] <yahoo> +userrecord
[18:10:48] <[Bot]> User record is 290 (Friday, February 16, 2007 22:15)

and also
+network   +phones
when the above command(+network   or +phones) are typed then the data from a text file must be taken and also the user must be able to add data to this text file also (if he wants)
is it possible to create such a script??

i will like to have the above mentioned script but there has been no respond to the above request yet.
is the above mentioned script already available?? or someone is already working on it?? or will take a lot of time to create the script??. please respond to this forum
