Lost and maybe found?

hey yall  i had my own hub fro a hile but becouse of my router it had to shut down

now 7 months later i trashed my router and got me a new 1  so now i can run my hub again but now my question

ive searched on the forum but i cant find the sript that allowed me to make command bot so that if i made a !network command it would get the txt out of the file called network..   i got it of the old forum but i cant seem to find it here
