kick on No Tag

Just wondering if there is a script around that checks users on join for a tag, and kicks them if they dont have a tag displayed?

Is there a way to incorperate a Slots/Hub ratio check into it?

I know this is a standard feature of Ptokax but I run a small hub and want to be able to let people connect to like H:6 S:2 or H:9 S:3 etc. Ptokax only allows you to set it to H:1 S:1 minimum

I wouldn't mind it being coded into the script something like:

if H=1 then S must be 1
if H=2 then S must be 1
if H=3 then S must be 2
etc.

It doesn't need to be a percentage of the Hub total or anything that needs a calculation ;)
