Reg Only Script That Allows Users In But Not To Download Until Regged

Hey,

I'm lookin for a registered users only script where users that are not regiseterd are allowed in the hub but cannot download until they are registered. I have seen many around but with all of them the same problems occur.

The problem we have is the passive ops cannot download unregistered users lists. Also when a passive op does try to register a user, the user that has just been registered gets errors. The error the users get are when he/she reconnects it says incorrect password thereafter a brute force attack error comes up and then their ip becomes banned.

I have searched for this script and i have found many but all seem to give me problem.

I appreciate if anybody can make a working script like this for me.
