Color text in chat

I have a question
Are there scripts,  to add color text in the chatroom on Dc++ 0.791

like this, just a examble what i mean

Not completely true, but for this section, it is accurate, a client side side could do so, but each user would require the script.
It cant be done with dc++ 0.791.
