script thats kicks ppl w/o certain files?

Hi guys, readerr0r from Urban Chaos Videos here.

We are interested starting a DC(++) Hub so our more n00by users can download our vids and also because of the search function etc. But we want to make sure the intengrety of the hub is good (eg ppl don't share games, other peeps vids etc.).

I'm in need of a script with will search for certain keywords (ucv.mpg , ucv.mpeg , ucv.m2v ) and if they don't have these they will be kicked with a message informing them of this. This bot would also need to scan already connected users (so they don't just add the other stuff after they connect and /refresh their lists). While i'd like passive users to be able to join, it is not nessicary the same goes for searching regged users (i'd like it not too tho).

 This mixed with a normal search bouncer (which searchers users for banned files) would keep the intrgrety of the hub nice and high

Also when the hub is accounced on our site the scripter will get full props on our site
