I'm having the same problem.

I do however think it's because of ports getting blocked somewhere.

Out of interest, are you trying to setup the PtokaX hub on a server behind a router and then share it via WAN?

If this is the case, try connect to the the HUB via the LAN network and see if it works?

Good day, I've tried to find this in the forum without any luck. Please refer me to a link if I might have missed it.

I'm running PtokaX on an Ubuntu server, this same server has a large amount of data I would like to share. I was wondering if the dummy PtokaX bot user can also share this content. I don't really want to install another DC client on the same server.

I also just use the console mode on the server. So I'm not looking for a GUI solution. Is there an easy way to setup folders that can be shared from PtokaX or the bot user itself?

ptokax server is not on router , but yea i add those ports to iptables and it dosent make a diference

ive forwarded ports on my router users can connect
netstat show that ports r open
cant finde anything on goole :/
any help ???

what can block file list download and serch ????
users can connect to hub with no problem but they cant download file list or search , ive check it on my client dc++0.868 , on other hubs its working no problem
any ideas ????
