Hi Opti,

There is a option in RC to set a minimum of kb/s for a profile (transfer rate?!). "Set minimum bandwith". What does it really do? And how does it work?

I think this check is done through checking TAG, I don't know any other methods to know for sure user bandwith.
But maybe Optiums can answer more specifically to this question, as he is this script developer.

Yes , it uses the tags to check, all legit DC++ clients will show limits in the tags. I recommend using an OP client such as DCDM++0.045 to keep out undesired clients.

[11:26:33] You are disconnected for using a none regonized client, please download a regular DCPlusPlus client at http://dcplusplus.sourceforge.net - 192.168.19.46

You need to add RMDC to the client list and robo uses PXs client list if robo doesnt find the client in the list it is put down as unknown you can allow it by adding this to your client.xml fil in the cfg folder in PX:

-
  rmDC++ V:0.403D[1]
  rmDC++

-
  rmDC++
  rmDC++

-
  rmDC
  rmDC++

THis worked for me hope it helps  :D

They are working ok for me.
Also
Can anyone answer my earlier question?

This is a stupid question and by now I should probably know better BUT
If I enter something in the bad nick list does it only apply to those with the profile user? For example if i entered [Reg] and all my registered users have [Reg] at the front of their nick will it still let them in?
Dont want to try it as it will upset a few people if it goes wrong :D

indeed, if optimus feels like putting it there, btw, it sometimes causes spam of "user has left the hub", if a user leaves autoconnect on and doesnt enter the pass, maybe thats one of the reasons why he removed it.

That says nothing about bandwith someone has set....
I can set a bandwith of like 4 kb/s up and still will be able to get 40 kb/s down....
the only thing R: will say is "R:10"

Hi!

How can I get different language for Robocop?

Thank you.

Anna

Found a bug in robocop today... was testing some rightclicks for users when I discovered it..

the !report doesnt work as expected...

If I try and report a user thats offline I get this:
[02:35] *** User is not online!

If I use it wrong:
 [02:34] *** Usage: !report

If I try and report a operator:
[02:34] *** Don't Report an Operator!

So far so good, I guess thats espected cause it seem like a good way to have things :)

However if I try and report a user thats both online and not an operator I get nothing... no message that report was sent, not any message in opchat that the user was reported

might not be the most crusial bug, but still a bug :D

You can't at the moment, guess you'd just have to put up with English.
