Motivations

- The timeout in re-connecting to the hub (which has/is a ptokax bug) is it fixed with this version of Robocop, or is it still a bug for ptokax to deal with...

this is pkotax and not script error so the error will keep beeing showed until a new relaease of pkotax.

I'm using the nicktaken.lua file for this, but (and this is why I have asked this question) can I remove this lua script (to speed up the hub a little)

yes you can remove that one this error shouldnt be happening anymore.or atleast i havent heard of that error happening in a long time .

It shows up when I connect as adminin a private message, and I think it has to do with the welcome message to non registered users...but how to change the message.... 

"Here you can put a message that will be displayed in PM to Connecting users..."

click on robov7.0a.exe in the pkotax\script dir and go to the tab messages there you can set the welcome message aswel as the hub network listing wich users get to see if they type !network.

when non registered users try to connect (me myself in this case...as only non registered user) I get the following:

this as to do with the fact that you have enabled the hubsecurity -tab .
if you go to the teb "checks" you find it on the bottom of the page if you disablle this feature the message is gone.[ but remember this is a security function for your hub]

- I have been running a hub-secure lua script, does your script (program) include this? I think I only need to add the PermBan.dat file to make things work now... 
But let me know if I'm 100% on this one...

When applying Rclick I receive ;
You are not allowed to use this command!
Iam HubOwner in the RoboCop7a GUI and only Master in the PTx TD4 GUI , can it be that I I have a unacceptable character in my nick "[G-T-E]:I:N:F:O:R:C:E:R:?"
Any ideas are welcome...

I do have blocked following range in my firewall:
82.42.16.0 - 82.42.245.255
Because attacks come from this ISP both times

Don't use Hub-Secure togheter whit RoboCop it causes all kinds of bugs. (Lot's of checks do not work anymore)

Copy the zRightClicker.lua file from the Add-On Folder to your scripts folder. And then restart scripts.

Thanks for clearing that one Optimus, I will remove the lua file. But can I still protect my hub, by using the permban.dat file that came with the hubsecure.lua file?

Hello Optimus. Lover the script but i got a small problem. I cant get me DC++k in the hub. I keep getting connection reset by peer. Any suggestions on what to do?

Have you gone to The RC GUI and Ticked for Allow DC++K [CDM]  in Client Detector under >> Client Detection?
Hit Save then go to  the PkX GUI, restart the scripts aswell in Script Editor..

Did a fresh installtion of PTx TD4 and installed RB7a (ran RC7 before).
Kept an copy of my old RegisteredUsers.dat and replaced it in the new installtion so save time and effort re-entering all the VIP nicks and passwords.
Now when my VIPs try to connect they get the messege that their nick is namebaned..and cant enter. Iam forced to remove their Nick from the PTx GUI and redo their registration.
Any suggestion, and PLeezzz not the normal one " Do a fresh installtion"
PS.. This has not effected my Ops Profile at all... Ds...

In RB7a Gui u can add so when user reg him self, he will recive
[REG] tag in front of his name..So far so good.
Now I want to upgrade user to [VIP] and when I do so he still have [REG] tag in front of the name..

Question is, does it not change automaticly to Vip tag if i upgrade user/s, I want it to change from [REG] tag to [VIP] tag..
Hope u get me what Im trying to do here .hehe my english suc...
