Hi Optimus or anyone that can help

I dont think Ive missed it in the forum but if I have can someone tell me where to find the information.

I am having problems registering VIP's. If I do it through the command !regvip everything goes ok. If I try to register a VIP directly into Ptokax it doesnt work.
Is this a ptokax problem? Or a RC one as we use the profiles xml from RC.
Does it mean that as a hub owner I must always use the command and not enter it directly?
Any info would be welcome.
Im on Ptokax 16.09 and RC 10.01c

I have the same setup and am able to do it both ways.

With me it looks as if its been done in that they appear in the Ptokax list but the problem arrises in that some of the permissions associated with the profile dont work if I do it directly into ptokax.
For example I have sel;ected in Ptokax that all VIP have the key symbol. Register them through the command and they do. Enter it directly in Ptokax and they dont. Its strange and I would love to know the reason especially if its something I have or havent done which is highly likely :)

Oh and I forgot I tried to upgrade someone to VIP status through Ptokax and even though they were in the list as VIP the change didnt work. I deleted them from Ptokax and registered them through the command and hey presto it worked.

You see the question is - is it me, is it ptokax or is it RC?
If its me I would like to fix it. If its Ptokax then I should post this in the correct thread. If its RC then help! :)

That's a PtokaX inbuilt Deflood related issue.
Click on ur Deflood tab and there u'll find the MyINFO part (e.g. Warn 6/60 sec).
Change it according to ur needs.

if someone uses redirect command, but has a space before / after the addy, it don't redirect properly.  Could these spaces be stripped, or should this be done by PtokaX (when a redirect addy is entered) ?

When you do this?
a.) The profile numbers change so robocop gets confused that will result in problems.
b.)Other scripts & packages will be incompatible with the reorderd profiles because off profile number changes.

So i'm stuck also cause the problems can only be resolved by reordering the profiles.

So what do you all think about it?
1. Adapted Robocop and reorder the profiles from high to low (effect is described above)
2. Leave things the way they are

my direct solution is to disable gag and upgrade cmd, but whould be nice to know if there are other problems connected to this issue
